Dolby Laboratories announced the arrival of its latest audio technology, Dolby Atmos at Prasads Cinemas.
Even as Ram Charan’s much-anticipated Toofan, released on Friday, Hyderabad’s audiences watching the movie at Prasads Cinema will be in for a treat as Dolby Laboratories has launched their latest revolutionary audio technology, Dolby Atmos, at the cinema. Dolby Laboratories on Friday announced the arrival of its latest audio technology, Dolby Atmos, in Hyderabad. Prasads Cinemas is the first cinema in the city to offer Dolby Atmos, which aims to revolutionise the experience of sound in entertainment.
Commenting at the launch, Ramesh Prasad, Chairman, Prasad Media Corporation Cinemas, said, “Prasads Cinemas will be the first cinema chain in Hyderabad to introduce Dolby Atmos. Our endeavor has always been to elevate the cinematic experience for our audiences by bringing the best technologies to our set-up. Dolby has always been synonymous with great cinema sound.”
Dolby Atmos delivers a more natural and realistic soundfield, which transports people into the story with a lifelike, sensory experience. Dolby Atmos has been installed in Screen 4 of Prasads Cinemas. Thoofan, the Telugu version of Zanjeer, directed by Apoorva Lakhia that stars Ram Charan Teja and Priyanka Chopra, will be the first Telugu movie to be released with Dolby Atmos sound.
